The Training and Placement Cell of Aditya Polytechnic, Beed plays an important role in guiding students toward successful careers. The placement cell works closely with industries and organizations to provide job opportunities, internships, and career guidance for diploma engineering students.
• Campus interviews are organized every year at Aditya Polytechnic.
• In this campus interview, renowned companies like Tata Motors, Dhoot Transmission, Just Dial,
• IRB, L&T InfoTech, Tech Mahindra , & Mahindra , Bajaj Auto Delta Electronic, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, TVS Motor Company etc. participate.
• On average, more than 50% of students are selected from each branch every year.For the overall development of the students, Aptitude Test, Mock Interviews, Personality Development Programs, as well as Lectures by experts from the industry are organized through the Training and Placement Cell, and students are given guidance on these from time to time through the Training and Placement Cell.
